We offer PTC heating elements constructed from PTC thermistors and aluminum strips that are bonded together through soldering and adhesive joining. The elements can be mounted in heat-resistant plastic frames or integrated directly into the application. PTC elements provide several technical advantages: they heat up quickly, maintain a stable temperature, and deliver consistent output even at high airflow rates. Thanks to their self-regulating properties, the risk of overheating is significantly reduced, resulting in long service life. PTC technology is also utilized in tubular elements and flexible heating solutions.
