Constant Wattage Heating Cable PHT is a high-power, high-temperature heating cable designed for freeze protection and temperature maintenance of pipework and vessels. The cable has a maximum withstand temperature of 285 °C (545 °F). PHT can be cut to length directly on site, allowing precise adaptation to actual pipe lengths without complex design or engineering work. The cable can be used as an alternative to MI cables, where series-resistance MI circuits must be specifically designed for a fixed pipe length and cannot be modified to accommodate changes on site. Constant Wattage Heating Cable PHT is approved for use in both non-hazardous and hazardous areas in accordance with international standards.
