Quartz Tungsten Long (QTL) 1500W
Engineered for industrial heating applications requiring fast thermal response, these linear quartz tungsten heating elements deliver high power performance with a rapid reaction time. Operating in the medium wavelength range, they serve as an alternative to cassette-style quartz emitters. Available in small, medium, and large sizes, the standard quartz tungsten heating elements use a porcupine or star-type coil filament. Capable of operating at temperatures up to 1500°C (2732°F), they feature a peak emission wavelength of approximately 1.6 microns and a maximum power output of 2000 W (QTL model only).
