Constant Wattage Heating Cable MTF is designed for freeze protection and temperature maintenance of pipework and vessels. The cable has a maximum operating temperature of 200 °C (392 °F). MTF is particularly suited for applications requiring longer circuit lengths than those available with EMTF, making it suitable for larger installations. The cable is Factory Mutual (IEEE) approved for use in both non-hazardous and hazardous areas. The fluoropolymer outer jacket (MTF-CF) provides excellent corrosion resistance and ensures reliable performance in demanding environments. The cable can be cut to length directly on site, allowing precise adaptation to actual piping lengths without complex design considerations.
