This product is an electric immersion heater intended for use within potentially hazardous areas where a risk for exposure to explosive gas atmospheres exists. The heater must be horizontally mounted into a tank, vessel, or a pipe-based flow-through system, and the heating elements shall be fully immersed in liquid during operation.

The heating elements submerged in liquid are considered a non-EX area. The product is available in many different variants to suit a wide range of installations and application requirements.
