Cylindrical heating elements with power connections on one side. They are characterized by high power in relation to their size and therefore require placement in a precise hole, with accuracy depending on the specific heat load. The most common shell material is stainless steel or brass. Diameters can be from 3 to 25 mm for high power load forged heating cartridges and from 10 to 54 mm for low power load cartridges. Lengths according to requirements up to 1700mm, high-temperature resistant terminals, cable connection straight or perpendicular, with braided cable. It can contain a thermocouple and have a number of variants. Heating cartridges are certified according to UL and CE. Backer standard range is from 6,5x25mm 20x500mm, provided with 300mm length glass fiber insulated nickel wires (260°C). Explore our products below.
